About Unitron at Integrate Hearing

As an audiologist, I know that one of the biggest frustrations for patients is trying to follow conversations when there are lots of people talking at once. What I find particularly interesting about the S-RX is its ability to identify speech coming from different directions, rather than relying solely on the person speaking directly in front of the wearer. This is especially relevant for patients who enjoy socialising, eating out or spending time with family, where conversations can move around them and the listening environment is constantly changing.

I also really like the flexibility offered through the Remote Plus app. Patients can use the AI Noise Filter to adjust the balance between speech and background noise, with the SpeechSonic and NoiseSonic programmes. I think this is a great feature because it gives patients more control over how they hear in different situations, while also allowing them to share feedback about their real-world experiences that I can use to guide future fine-tuning appointments.

For me, what makes the Unitron Moxi S-RX particularly interesting is the combination of advanced AI speech processing and patient-led personalisation.

Fitting and Aftercare

Every hearing aid fitting starts with a hearing aid assessment, which takes around 90 minutes. Your audiologist tests your hearing, talks with you about the situations you find difficult and recommends the hearing aids that suit your hearing and lifestyle.

  • From assessment to fitting usually takes 7 to 14 days
  • A lifetime of free aftercare with every hearing aid you buy from us
  • Regular check-ups every six or twelve months

I’ve suffered for years with my hearing some I decided to go and get them sorted. Olivia explained every step of procedure and the difference it has made is phenomenal. Definitely recommend

As usual Olivia gave me peace of mind and helped me find a delicate set of hearing aids. Also gave me a note on how to clean and how to insert them easily. Always there for me when needed.

I have had clear explanations at all appointments. Testing and results were straightforward and comfortable.
Follow up has been timely and reassuring.
Thank you.
