About Starkey at Integrate Hearing

One of the things I really like about Starkey hearing aids is how they combine advanced AI technology with features that go beyond hearing alone. The new Omega AI+ range is particularly interesting to me because of its Quad DNN architecture, which uses four specialised deep neural networks working together in real time to analyse and optimise sound.

For me, anything that helps patients spend less time worrying about their hearing aids and more time enjoying the conversation is a real positive.

Another thing that makes Starkey stand out to me is the technology available through the My Starkey app. Alongside hearing aid adjustments and connectivity, there are features such as health and activity tracking, and the new Omega AI+ platform introduces sleep quality tracking. I find this interesting because it shows how hearing technology is evolving beyond amplification, becoming part of a wider approach to supporting patients' everyday wellbeing.

Fitting and Aftercare

Every hearing aid fitting starts with a hearing aid assessment, which takes around 90 minutes. Your audiologist tests your hearing, talks with you about the situations you find difficult and recommends the hearing aids that suit your hearing and lifestyle.

  • From assessment to fitting usually takes 7 to 14 days
  • A lifetime of free aftercare with every hearing aid you buy from us
  • Regular check-ups every six or twelve months

I’ve suffered for years with my hearing some I decided to go and get them sorted. Olivia explained every step of procedure and the difference it has made is phenomenal. Definitely recommend

As usual Olivia gave me peace of mind and helped me find a delicate set of hearing aids. Also gave me a note on how to clean and how to insert them easily. Always there for me when needed.

I have had clear explanations at all appointments. Testing and results were straightforward and comfortable.
Follow up has been timely and reassuring.
Thank you.
