If your hearing aids stop working properly, we will do all we can to get them back to their best. You can find details of our hearing aid repair service below, and you are always welcome to call us to talk through any problem you are having.

Our Hearing Aid Repair Service

Wherever possible we repair hearing aids in-house at our Wrexham clinic, and we can offer a postal service or a pick-up and drop-off service where it helps. If a fault cannot be fixed in the clinic, we will arrange for the manufacturer to repair or replace your hearing aid.

Please phone us first if your hearing aids are giving you problems, so we can work out the quickest way to sort them out.

All face-to-face services are by appointment only.

Ordering replacement parts for your hearing aids

We can post batteries, wax filters and other hearing aid consumables out to you. Call us on 01978 799387 or email info@integratehearing.co.uk with what you need. A postage charge applies. It is a good idea to stock up on these supplies at your routine hearing aid check.

If you are posting hearing aids to us, before you send them please:

  • Pack the hearing aid(s) safely and securely so they cannot be damaged. The pocket-sized case they came in is ideal.
  • Check that your hearing aids are covered by your home contents insurance.
  • Insure the hearing aids for postage and send them by recorded delivery with tracking.

Hearing Aid Repairs for New Patients

If you can no longer get care from the clinic where you bought your hearing aids, or you would simply like to try somewhere new, Integrate Hearing can often help patients whose hearing aids were bought elsewhere.

If you would like us to look after repairs, general maintenance or aftercare for hearing aids you bought from another provider, please contact us before booking so we can talk through what you need and the cost involved.

We offer the set packages below for taking over your aftercare. Occasionally your needs may fall outside these packages; if so, we will discuss this with you before your appointment.


Repair & Aftercare Packages for New Patients

Package 1

In-house repair

£65

  • 30-minute consultation to assess the repair and fix it in the clinic

Additional treatments, such as ear wax removal or replacement hearing aid parts, are charged separately.

Package 2

Manufacturer repair

£175

  • 30-minute consultation to assess the repair needed
  • Hearing aid sent to the manufacturer for repair
  • 30-minute consultation to refit the hearing aid to its previous prescription only

Additional treatments, such as ear wax removal, are charged separately.

Package 3

Hearing assessment & re-tuning

From £250

  • 30-minute consultation to see whether we can help
  • 60-minute hearing assessment and re-tuning of your existing hearing aids
  • 30-minute follow-up to check progress after any adjustments

Further 30-minute follow-ups are charged at £65 each.
