I visited Olivia at Integrate Hearing Wrexham as I had tinnitus and my family thought it was affecting my hearing.
Olivia was kind, caring and very efficient.
She checked my ears and hearing then said I had some hearing loss.
Olivia spoke with me at length, explaining all my options and what I could do going forward.
I decided to have one aid in my left ear.
At no point was I made to feel pressured into buy one.
The aid is simple, discreet, and comfortable.
No whistling, batteries or fiddling with buttons. Olivia set it all up with my hearing prescription before I left on my two week trial.
The difference was / is amazing. You really don't know what you've lost till you get it back.
