Melissa was extremely careful and patient with me, and I didn't have any pain with the microsuction, which I had experienced with other audiologists at other places, as she used the correct sized implements for my very narrow ear canals. She explained things clearly and patiently too, so from now on, I won't be going anywhere else!

Had a great experience here, lovely environment, central location. Managed to get an appointment next day whereas other places were booked up for months. Appointment lasted barely 20 minutes. Couldn't have asked for a better experience really!

Excellent service provided by Melissa on my visit to Integrate's Wrexham clinic recently. Problematic earwax removed efficiently, with an explanation of the process to put the patient at ease, and a hearing test was also carried out (positive result!) to further put my mind at rest. I couldn't recommend the professionalism and kindness of the experience enough - thank you, Melissa.

I was lucky enough to have a same day appointment, easy parking close by, the service is A*, everything was explained and after a consultation my hearing was restored with no issues, I was so pleased with the service, I would certainly recommend intergrate hearing.

I would like to thank Mel (audiologist) for seeing me so promptly after only making an appointment a few days before. I saw her for a consultation this morning and was immediately impressed by her professionalism and the specialist advice given. My wife visited Olivia after suffering for three weeks with very severe hearing loss and pain. what a difference 20 minutes make. She had the biggest smile I've seen on her face for about a month. My ear problems started just when Lockdown was announced It meant weeks and weeks of waiting plus cancellations. I found Olivia on the web and am so glad I did. she is friendly and extremely professional. I left with hearing restored in my left ear. Fantastic! Really recommend her.

Olivia is absolutely brilliant. Can't praise her too highly. Wasted 9 months at another clinic where none of my problems were ever solved. Olivia gave me back my hearing in under two. She is the Super Woman of hearing problems!

Important to support an independent business during COVID. Situated above the options Intergrate are very professional and Really helpful, explaining processes thoroughly. All social distancing in place in the entrance, and waiting room. Masks required on entry to the building.

Visited Olivia today and the service was very professional and she was so friendly. She explains everything with you, makes you feel so at ease, the treatment itself is quick and simple and i instantly felt relief once the treatment was done! I definitely recommend her services.
