About Signia at Integrate Hearing

One of the things I find really interesting about fitting the new Signia MaX hearing aids is the technology behind their Acoustic Intelligence platform. What stands out to me is that it goes beyond simply reducing background noise, using four AI-powered deep neural networks to analyse speech, noise, the listening environment and the wearer’s own voice simultaneously.

As an audiologist, I know how challenging group conversations can be for people with hearing loss, particularly in busy restaurants or when socialising with friends and family. I really like the focus on RealTime Conversation Enhancement, which is designed to identify and enhance multiple conversation partners, helping patients stay involved in conversations rather than feeling like they’re missing out when there’s a lot going on around them.

Another feature I appreciate is Own Voice Processing, which aims to make the wearer’s own voice sound more natural and comfortable. I think this is an important part of a successful fitting, as how patients perceive their own voice can have a real impact on how comfortable they feel wearing their hearing aids.

Fitting and Aftercare

Every hearing aid fitting starts with a hearing aid assessment, which takes around 90 minutes. Your audiologist tests your hearing, talks with you about the situations you find difficult and recommends the hearing aids that suit your hearing and lifestyle.

  • From assessment to fitting usually takes 7 to 14 days
  • A lifetime of free aftercare with every hearing aid you buy from us
  • Regular check-ups every six or twelve months

I’ve suffered for years with my hearing some I decided to go and get them sorted. Olivia explained every step of procedure and the difference it has made is phenomenal. Definitely recommend

As usual Olivia gave me peace of mind and helped me find a delicate set of hearing aids. Also gave me a note on how to clean and how to insert them easily. Always there for me when needed.

I have had clear explanations at all appointments. Testing and results were straightforward and comfortable.
Follow up has been timely and reassuring.
Thank you.
