Our Offers

Our patients often tell us how much better life feels after their care with us, and many of them recommend us to friends and family. To say thank you, we run two offers:

The Integrate Hearing team

Refer a Friend for Hearing Aids

£50 thank-you for you, £50 off for your friend

If a friend or relative is struggling with their hearing, recommend us. When they choose their hearing aids with us, you both benefit.

  • Ask your friend or relative to give your name when they contact us
  • They have a hearing test and buy at least one hearing aid
  • They get £50 off their hearing aid
  • You receive £50 of vouchers of your choice, such as Marks & Spencer, restaurant vouchers or theatre tickets

Your friend can book online or call us on 01978 799387.

To be eligible for the hearing aid offer, the person you recommend must have a hearing test with Integrate Hearing and then buy at least one hearing aid. Your chosen gift will be sent out after the trial period has ended; please allow up to 7 days for delivery by post. The value of the thank-you reward will not exceed £50, and the reward must be claimed when the referral is made. Retrospective claims will be refused.

If the friend you refer is already on our database and has been contacted within the last six months, the referral will not qualify for a reward.

Ear Wax Removal Loyalty Scheme

Your 5th appointment free

Many of our patients need ear wax removal regularly and come back to us time and again. As a thank-you for your loyalty, every fifth appointment is on us.

  • Ask for an ear wax removal loyalty card at your appointment
  • Have four full-price ear wax removal appointments
  • Your fifth appointment is free of charge

Prefer to call? Ring us on 01978 799387.

Every fifth appointment is free of charge following four full-price appointments. Free “repeat” appointments, where the wax was not removed in the first session, do not count towards the scheme.

I was lucky enough to have a same day appointment, easy parking close by, the service is A*, everything was explained and after a consultation my hearing was restored with no issues, I was so pleased with the service, I would certainly recommend Intergrate Hearing.

Olivia was kind and considerate of my father’s condition. She took the time to explain everything to him and was gentle when performing both the procedure and the hearing test. I could not recommend her enough. Thank you.

My wife visited Olivia after suffering for three weeks with very severe hearing loss and pain. what a difference 20 minutes make. She had the biggest smile I’ve seen on her face for about a month. Excellent service and she’s now pain free and we can put the TV volume back to normal levels.

My ear problems started just when Lockdown was announced It meant weeks and weeks of waiting plus cancellations. I found Olivia on the web and am so glad I did. she is friendly and extremely professional. I left with hearing restored in my left ear. Fantastic! Really recommend her.
